Adhesive Foam Tapes

Alanto’s Foam tapes can be supplied to your individual dimensional requirements with the additional facility of laminated pressure-sensitive adhesive. Adhesive Foam tapes can be pre-laminated with pressure-sensitive adhesives, which can be applied to all our Foam and Rubber materials prior to conversion. This enables permanent or removable capabilities dependent upon application criteria. We have an extensive portfolio of adhesives to suit numerous applications.

This extensive range of adhesives has been developed and tested to conform to the most critical and demanding of situations.

Single Sided Foam Tapes

Single sided Foam tape has adhesive applied on one side of the tape. Alanto’s one sided Foam tape provides the perfect solution for a wide range of industries and applications including protection, gap filling, air, water and dust sealing.

Double Sided Foam Tape

Double sided Foam tape has adhesive applied to both sides of the tape and it is used in multiple industries and applications such as bonding, mounting, etc. Alanto’s double sided sticky tape is very versatile and can be used indoors and outdoors on a wide range of surfaces including wood, glass, copper, plastic, iron, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.

Both our double and single sided adhesive Foam tapes can be manufactured and supplied in various densities and hardnesses in qualities to assist in solving high-performance sealing applications incorporating numerous specification criteria. Being of closed cell construction, materials supplied as Foam tape prevent ingress of fluids, dust, air, and moisture and most importantly provide the seal to completely protect and enhance your product.

Specifications of EPDM Tapes and Neoprene Tapes

Foam tapes produced from our range of cellular materials such as Neoprene sponge and EPDM Rubber perform in high-temperature situations up to a maximum of 130C. They also provide outstanding flexibility in cold temperature applications down to -40C.

Foam tape supplied in materials such as Neoprene and EPDM provide extremely flexible sealing capabilities and exhibit excellent recovery characteristics.
